Fitness-to-Work Pre-Medical Assessment (DO NOT ENROLL)

SureHire’s Fitness-to-Work Program is broken down into 3 components: a pre-medical assessment, a medical assessment and a critical strength and mobility (CSM) test. This module focuses on the pre-medical assessment and will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge required to proficiently complete this component of the Fitness-to-Work program.

  1. Describe SureHire's fitness-to-work testing program.
  2. Perform SureHire's pre-medical assessment.
  3. Complete SureHire's pre-medical assessment paperwork.
  4. Issue pre-medical assessment referral forms #1 and #6 when required.
